USI conducted a Round Table Discussion on Post 19th Party Congress- An Assessment of China’s Strategic Behaviour with Strategic Studies Institute (SSI)  on November 30, 2017.

The Director, Lt Gen PK Singh, PVSM, AVSM (Retd), commenced the session with his opening remarks on the perspective and the significance of the 19^th Congress session.

Presentation on “Post 19th Party Congress – An Assessment of China’s Strategic Behaviour”  was delivered  by Dr David Lai, Research Professor of Asian Security Studies, SSI, US Army War College (AWC) and  Col Phillip R. Cuccia, Director of Academic Engagement ,SSI, AWC.
