He was Secretary to Government of India and a former Ambassador of India to Philippines. He has extensive experience in dealing with Indo-Pacific region.
Af-Pak Region: Maj Gen B K Sharma, AVSM, SM** (Retd)
Deputy Director (Research) and Head Centre for Strategic Studies & Simulation (CS3) at the USI. He is an accomplished strategic analyst and a regular contributor to seminars at national and international level.
