POST COVID 19: RE-IMAGINING THE NEW WORLD ORDER

Lt Gen Kamal Davar (Retd)  Writes : As the world grapples, rather unsuccessfully so far, with its worst pandemic in a century, COVID 19, it would be an understatement that the world, as mankind has known for decades, will ever be the same again! The Coronavirus is not just a medical emergency which has afflicted the entire world, already caused over 125,000  fatalities and  with its rampage  continuing alarmingly,   the socio-economic-political consequences for the world, in the near future, are likely to be as horrendous as the employment of a weapon of mass destruction(WMD).

CAN CHINA’S LOSS BE INDIA’S GAIN?

Prof Panda Writes :The withdrawal of the Japanese companies from China and the process of disinvestment may be a loss to China but provides a huge opportunity for countries in Southeast Asia as well as India as they get ready to welcome the Japanese companies to set up bases.
