A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the United Service Institution of India (USI) and Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR), Taiwan on 01 Nov 2018. The MoU was signed by Maj Gen BK Sharma, AVSM, SM** (Retd), Deputy Director (Research), USI) and Dr. Chyungly Lee Vice President (Research), INDSR), Taiwan in the presence of Lt Gen P K Singh, PVSM, AVSM (Retd), Director, USI and delegates from INDSR. The MoU is intended to provide framework for cooperation in the field of research and promoting exchange of ideas and interaction of views between Chinese and Indian researchers and practitioners.
